Located in Latrobe, Pennsylvania we've been manufacturing foam cushioning products since 1986.

Our fire-resistant cushioning products are used for shipboard mattresses, prison/jail mattresses, aircraft seat cushioning, and public transportation seat cushioning. We are proud to say that our valuable customers include the U.S. Navy, Corrections Corporation of America, Southwest Airlines and Amtrak.

We also manufacture a non-fire-resistant product line for use in applications such as marine seat cushions, ergonomic office seating, ink rollers, bingo markers and some healthcare mattresses.

Recently, our company introduced a "hybrid" mattress product line, which combines a center core of non-fire-resistant foam with an outer "wrap" of fire-resistant cushioning. This construction is ideally suited for university and healthcare bedding. We also offer this "hybrid" construction for long-term healthcare, which incorporates pressure-reduction characteristics.
