CR SAFGUARD fire-resistant cushioning easily offers compliance with California T.B. 117 and California T.B. 133 (when tested in composite form). This product is available in a multitude of firmness levels to ensure the highest level of comfort with no compromise in cushioning service life.

CR SAFGUARD is available in a variety of compressions ranging from soft to extra firm, and we offer design services to seating manufacturers to ensure the best combination of firmnesses to achieve the ideal "feel" for your customer. CR SAFGUARD can be used alone, or to encapsulate an interior core of F.R. polyurethane to achieve California T.B. 133 compliance.

Chestnut Ridge can fabricate parts considered to be complex and/or very difficult to manufacture, or we can supply sheet stock for fabrication by in-house upholstery personnel.

Our AutoCad Network is extensively used when a new part is in development, and our prototype and design shop enables customers to receive a sample part possessing the contours and radii of the intended production part to determine fit, comfort and functionability.
